Amanda Moffat has been working in clay for over 20 years. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Vogue, and Bazaar, among others. Moffat makes each piece herself from start to finish, and fires all of her work in a high temperature gas kiln at New Clay Studios, a ceramics studio she founded in Brooklyn in 2002.
